Eligibility

To be considered for our Retail Graduate Scheme you should be educated to Degree level or equivalent. If an equivalent qualification is held then it must be in a discipline relevant to the hospitality industry.

This should be backed up with some hands-on experience in the licensed retail or retail trade with some supervisory experience.

As a Retail Graduate your past will be less important than your future potential. We want bright, self-motivated, ambitious individuals with strong leadership and team-building skills. We look for candidates with innovative ideas and the ability to motivate their team to deliver beyond the norm. People with the commitment to work hard - and the determination to succeed.

You will need to be an effective communicator at all levels and a problem solver who relishes the challenge of developing a business through your own skills and efforts.
