Salary

All our outlets are graded according to their annual sales turnover, and our salary structure is designed to reflect this. Your starting salary will depend on your past experience, the brand and the location of the outlet you enter. For Assistant Managers there is a very competitive structured salary development plan, with starting salaries ranging from £16,500
to £20,000.
