We also operate many of the most famous classic and historical pubs in the country including The Horseshoe, Glasgow where Travis were first discovered; the White Horse, Parsons Green, London famous for its range of cask and bottled beers and the Philharmonic in Liverpool, full of late Victorian splendor and an ornate, tiled gents toilet.

A Programme that delivers success

The ‘Progress’ Retail Graduate Scheme is designed for graduates who have a real passion and flair for the Licensed Retail Industry and wish to join the hands–on management team and pursue a career in Pub or Restaurant Management . The structured programme offers candidates a well-defined development plan to maximise their potential and reach their career ambition as their talent and determination allow.

Following success at assessment, candidates are then eligible to enter the company as an Assistant Manager in one of our Pubs, Bars or Restaurants. A wide range of Assistant Manger Vacancies are available across the whole country.

From day one you will have responsibility and the structured hands-on management training programme means that after just four months from joining you will be managing shifts and providing a safe environment for yourself, your customers and your team.

As an Assistant Manager, you will learn how to deliver results successfully and gain the qualifications necessary to become a Retail Manager. If you have the motivation, capability and commitment it takes to succeed, the faster you will achieve the ultimate goal of running a million pound business and managing a team of up to 50 colleagues.
