Mitchells and Butlers are extremely pleased to be able to offer students undertaking degrees that require a year in industry a 48 week placement in one of our businesses as a Team Leader.

A year in one of our business will not only give you the skills you require to take your fist Management position once you graduate but also a programme of industry leading training and development opportunities.

We operate many of the most famous classic and historical pubs in the country including The Horseshoe in Glasgow - where Travis were first discovered; the White Horse at Parsons Green in London - famous for its range of cask and bottled beers and the Philharmonic in Liverpool which is full of late Victorian splendor and ornate décor.

The Placement scheme is designed for students who have a real passion and flair for the licensed retail industry and wish to join the hands-on management team and pursue a career in pub or restaurant management. The structured, year long programme will provide an opportunity to be recognised by an industry leading operator.
