Who will I be responsible to?

You will report to your Licensed House Manager (LHM). You will support the management team, working along side them.

Will I wear a Uniform?

It depends which brand you work for. We have some pubs where a uniform is not appropriate and some where it is part of the offer. Flares and Reflex staff will dress in 70’s/80’s outfits!

Where will I be working?

We believe its key for the success of our businesses that the right people are matched to the right type of business. We have a wide selection of branded and unbranded pubs/bars and restaurants. Before attending you assessment centre, visit our outlets in your area to find out what sort of business you would like to work in. However, the more flexible you are the easier it is to place you.

How many hours will I work?

You will be employed on a full time basis. This will mean you will work between 37-45 hours per week. You will be required to work evenings and weekends. Your rota will be done on a weekly basis by your Manager.

Is there any accommodation?

We cannot provide accommodation for you, therefore it is essential you tell us which areas of the country you can work in.
