Your Reviews

Your performance and progress will be reviewed after you have completed each placement. The placement feedback is used in your formal performance review twice a year, where you will be rated against the Mitchells and Butlers competencies and your on-job performance. We believe the review process is an important part of the graduate programme as it provides you with an opportunity to reflect on your achievements and focus on your personal development.
